We just finished a splendid tour with Taj! He was able to tell all sorts of stories and Cambridge history in a very attractive way. He encouraged us to think and to ask questions. A guided tour is so much more than reading the information from a booklet or the internet.

Taj was an incredibly passionate and informative guide. Our tour ended up being a smaller group and he was able to weave us through Cambridge and paint the history of the town and the University at every turn. We had so much fun hearing his stories and you could tell he was excited to tell them. We absolutely recommend this tour…!

We were fortunate to be the only two people on an afternoon tour of Cambridge with Taj. It turned out to be one of those quietly memorable days that just comes together. The tour itself was thoughtful and well-paced. Taj guided us through the broad sweep of Cambridge’s history, from its roots as a trading town to the development of the University’s college system. As we walked, he shared unexpected and engaging details that deepened our sense of the place, all delivered with a gentle sense of humour. A quietly enriching experience.

We have been to Cambridge a few times before, deciding on this trip to book a tour guide. So glad we did. Taj took us, step by step through the medieval history of Cambridge and to the very recent times. Showed us hidden libraries, coffee places and importantly the amazing history of Kings College & Chapel. Time flew, it was an incredible tour and very insightful. Would recommend this guided tour to everyone. You simply come out knowing a lot more about the place!!

Excellent experience. Our guide, Taj, demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the site and the topics covered, providing clear and well-supported explanations. The wonderful Taj… was very informative and has a lovely friendly manner. So knowledgeable on the history of Cambridge and its colleges and how the college system has evolved over time. Time flew by, I throughly recommend this walking tour with him, he is the nicest man you could meet.
